We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription within 7 days of your first charge, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
1.Free Tier
The AI Playbook free tier costs nothing. There is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
2.Paid Subscriptions — Refund Eligibility
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you subscribe to any paid plan (monthly or annual) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. We will process a complete refund with no questions asked.
Renewals
For ongoing monthly or annual renewals, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the renewal charge date. Renewal refunds are granted at our discretion but we will generally honor them if you contact us promptly.
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have already requested a refund for a previous subscription period to the same plan. The guarantee is designed for genuine dissatisfaction, not repeated cycling.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are refundable in full within the 7-day window. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain full access for the remainder of the subscription year. You can cancel to prevent future renewal.
What Is Not Refundable
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after the charge date.
- Charges from subscription periods where a prior refund was already issued.
- Payment processing fees charged by Stripe (rare and typically minimal).
3.How to Request a Refund

1Email us Send a message to ep@entrypointtrading.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

2Include your details Provide the email address associated with your subscription and the approximate date of the charge. You do not need to justify or explain the refund request.

3We confirm and process We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we process the refund through Stripe.

4Funds returned to your card Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. We have no control over this timeline once the refund is submitted to Stripe.
4.Cancellation vs. Refund
A refund and a cancellation are two separate actions:
- Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not issue a refund for amounts already charged.
- Refund returns money already charged. Submitting a refund request does not automatically cancel your subscription — please cancel separately if you do not wish to continue.
To cancel your subscription, email ep@entrypointtrading.com or manage it via the Stripe customer portal link in your billing confirmation email.
If you want both a refund and to cancel: say so in your refund request email and we will handle both in one step.
5.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at ep@entrypointtrading.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond quickly and can typically resolve billing questions within 1 business day.
Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of your subscription and loss of access to paid content.
